Name, email, phone, organisation, and transaction references. We do not store card or bank-account numbers — payments are processed by our payment partner.
To provide the service you subscribed to, process payments, respond to enquiries, send service communications, and meet legal obligations.
You may access, correct, or erase your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing director@healwealth.in. You may raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
We share data only with our payment and infrastructure providers under written agreements. We do not sell your data. We apply reasonable security safeguards and a documented incident-response process.
We retain data only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by Indian law.
Nipuna is a digital subscription product.
You may cancel anytime by emailing director@healwealth.in. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.
If unsatisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed the content. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
